At Alcion Packaging Solutions we launch our Strategic Planning 2020-2022 to consolidate a cultural change according to the needs of our plastic packaging manufacturing business for the agrochemical, industrial and cosmetic sectors.
The advance of technology has highlighted the need for cultural change in companies that promote a new business model, a new internal structure of the company, new skills that generate impact, both in the efficiency of processes and in people’s professional growth.
We are going to define in a clearer way and to develop our actions measured with new KPI’s which promote a new model of culture in our organisation and that achieve the involvement of all the staff in Alcion.
On the other hand, the new People Development Plan highlights two key factors, cross-cutting to the whole company, that will lead us to the success of such new Plan that launches the human resources area: the integration of communication in the management of our company and the establishment an organizational development model that allows us to improve the retention of talent, thanks to the development of it. That talent that will allow to design and develop new packaging according to the demand of an ever-evolving market.
